Yesterday (Sunday) our old waterbed had begun leaking. Joan rang and after an informative discussion with your salesperson we were given an appointment with Jamie to empty and remove the old bed. It is now 3:15 on Monday and the new bed is installed and I received information about caring for it. Service was professional but friendly by both men and we are delighted with our outcome. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service and price-points from Ultimate Waterbeds. The beds are always warm - beneficial for those aches and pains such as arthritis and sports injuries. A great night's sleep every night so you wake up feeling refreshed and energetic. No allergies. They require some maintenance...just like a traditional mattress, so nothing new there. Once you have had a waterbed, you never go back to traditional bedding. I have had waterbeds for 30 plus years so speak from experience. They definitely work for me!
